The highlight of the trip is a 5-day trek across the vast Sahara desert, where you will climb the largest sand dune in the region. Imagine watching the sun set over endless golden sands, then falling asleep beneath a sky filled with stars. This is more than a trip; it’s a chance to connect with nature and yourself in a powerful way.

Power Pilates Launching in July
This summer, we are introducing a new class that blends the best of Pilates with strength training. Power Pilates will launch in July, offering a fresh way to build core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.
This class combines the fluid movements and balance of traditional Pilates with focused strength exercises. It’s designed to help you build power while maintaining the grace and control Pilates is known for.
Here’s what you need to know:
When: Starting in July at 6:15 pm (exact date to be announced soon)
Schedule: The Wednesday evening slot will alternate weekly between classic Fitness Pilates and the new Power Pilates class
